Refund Policy

SoBridge is committed to providing transparent and fair refund policies for our Tesla rental and rent-to-own programs. Please review the following terms carefully.
Early Access Deposits
Any deposits paid for early access to our Tesla Model Y 2026 Long Range vehicles are fully refundable up to 14 days before your scheduled vehicle delivery date. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@sobridge.com.
Weekly Rental Payments
Weekly rental payments are non-refundable once the rental period has begun. If you return the vehicle early, you are still responsible for the full week's payment. Payments for future weeks can be cancelled with 7 days notice.
Rent-to-Own Program
If you exit the rent-to-own program before completion, you will not receive a refund of previous payments. However, the equity you've built will be calculated and may be applied toward a future vehicle purchase within 12 months, subject to vehicle availability.
Damage and Maintenance Fees
Fees charged for vehicle damage, excessive wear, or missed maintenance are non-refundable. However, if you dispute a charge, we will review your case within 10 business days and issue a refund if the charge was made in error.
Service Cancellations
If SoBridge cancels your service or cannot provide a vehicle as scheduled, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including deposits, within 14 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days and returned to your original payment method. If you paid by bank transfer, please provide your bank account details for the refund.
