Welcome to SoBridge. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our Tesla rental and rent-to-own services. By signing up or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Agreement

SoBridge provides Tesla Model Y 2026 Long Range vehicles for rent-to-own purposes to qualified rideshare drivers. By entering into an agreement with SoBridge, you agree to use the vehicle primarily for rideshare services (Uber, Lyft, etc.) and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for our services, you must: (a) be at least 21 years old, (b) possess a valid driver's license, (c) have an active rideshare driver account with Uber, Lyft, or similar platforms, (d) pass our AI-powered underwriting process, and (e) provide accurate information during the application process.

3. Payment Terms

Weekly rental payments of $500-600 are due at the beginning of each rental period. Payments must be made through approved payment methods. Late payments may result in vehicle access restrictions via our telematics system. All payments contribute toward eventual vehicle ownership over the 24-36 month term.

4. Vehicle Use and Maintenance

You are responsible for maintaining the vehicle in good condition, following Tesla's recommended maintenance schedule, and reporting any damage or mechanical issues immediately. The vehicle must be used primarily for rideshare purposes. Personal use is permitted but should not exceed 20% of total mileage.

5. Insurance and Liability

You must maintain appropriate commercial rideshare insurance coverage at all times. You are liable for any damage to the vehicle not covered by insurance, as well as any traffic violations, parking tickets, or tolls incurred during your use of the vehicle.

6. Telematics and Monitoring

All vehicles are equipped with LaRoot AI telematics systems that monitor vehicle location, usage, maintenance needs, and driving behavior. By using our services, you consent to this monitoring. Data collected is used to optimize fleet management, ensure vehicle safety, and verify compliance with terms.

7. Ownership Transfer

Upon successful completion of all payments over the 24-36 month term and fulfillment of all obligations, ownership of the vehicle will be transferred to you. Transfer is subject to the vehicle being in good condition with normal wear and tear, all maintenance completed, and no outstanding fees or violations.

8. Early Termination

You may terminate the agreement early with 14 days written notice. Early termination does not entitle you to a refund of previous payments, but equity built may be applied toward a future vehicle purchase within 12 months. SoBridge reserves the right to terminate the agreement for breach of terms.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not: (a) sublease or transfer the vehicle to another party, (b) use the vehicle for illegal activities, (c) modify the vehicle without written permission, (d) remove or tamper with telematics equipment, (e) use the vehicle outside approved service areas without prior authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability

SoBridge's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from vehicle use. Our total liability shall not exceed the total payments you have made under the agreement.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Virginia, USA. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

12. Changes to Terms

SoBridge reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the LaRoot AI platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
